International Recruitment Procedure
The relationship between the client and Aster Travels & Tours begin with the execution of a recruitment agreement stating clearly the business terms and the responsibilities of both the client and Aster Travels & Tours pertaining to the supply of Manpower.
Client Part:
Demand
Letter
The client will formally issue a demand letter in favour of
Aster Travels & Tours stating the number of workers required in
each category ,salary, duration of contract and other amenities for
workers such as accommodation, food , medical facilities,
transport, etc.
Letter of
Authority
The client will issue a letter of authority in favour of Aster
Travels & Tours addressed to the Consulate General of the
concerned Embassy in India , informing that M/s. Aster Travels
& Tours is their bonafide Manpower recruiting agent fully
authorized to deal with all visa matters, with the said
Embassy.
Agreement of
Employment
This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.
Agents Part:
SELECTION OF CANDIDATES:
On receipt of recruitment permission, the recruiting Department publishes an advertisement in the newspapers/ Job Portals to collect application of interested and qualified persons. Application thus received/collected is scrutinized for short listing as per the requirements of the employer.
Particulars and details of short listed applicants are sent to
the employer if advised or are kept for interview and final
selection by the employer's selection team.
The employer or his representatives then carry out interview and
final selection of candidates for which the recruiting agent
provide all necessary assistance and logistics.
MEDICAL
Check-up
Finally selected Candidates undergo medical examination in an
authorized Medical Centre. Only candidates found physically fit for
foreign.
Application for
visa
The recruiting agent arranges the stamping of visas on the passports of the selected workers with the cooperation of the employer.
Ticketing and emigration clearance: the employers are
required to send P.T.A. for the selected candidates. The employer
may remit necessary travelling expenses in favor if the
recruiting agent to facilitate travelling of the selected
candidates. The recruiting agent obtains necessary emigration
clearance from the Department of Labor and completes all
formalities for departure.
Orientation before departure
Aster Travels & Tours Consultants provides basic orientation
to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about
their duties and responsibilities while abroad and firsthand
information of work environment there & salient features of
labour laws of the country of employment.
